Featuring a frangible copper-tin powdered metal core surrounded by a gilding metal jacket for instant fragmentation, these bullets expend energy quickly, seldom exit large predators, and leave valuable pelts virtually undamaged.
This bullet is specifically engineered for use in standard .243 Winchester, 6mm Remington, and similar cartridges with 1:9” to 1:10” twist rate barrels.
Do NOT use this bullet in fast twist barrels (e.g., 6mm Creedmoor w/ a 1:7.5”) and high-velocity cartridges.
Why?
- Excessive rotational velocity (RPM) caused by fast twist barrels and high muzzle velocities can lead to jacket failure in bore or mid-flight.
- This may result in:
- Bullet disintegration before impact
- Severe accuracy degradation
